Just sold a phone on ebay but I use paypal, now customer wants to put money in my account and wants card detai?

I am a bit wary as customer says as there is not enough funds in account, he wants to put money in my account directly as he says money transfer will take 7 days. It sounds dodgy, what would you advise. I dont really want to give my personal details
