haha i do know what you are talking about and i would advise you NOT to talk to him cuz that would make you seem desperate...i know guys like these you may not be able to get over him or what not but just give him as much attention as he gives you if not less...you dont want to seem needy or annoying...besides he is a guy and that is how most guys act. i hope i helped and good luck!
